About Us
Kathleen Putnam, MS RD
 Kathleen
has a MS in Nutrition Science from Bastyr University and a BS in
Dietetics from Oregon State University. She has been a nutritionist
and registered dietitian for over 10 years.
Kathleen has
extensive experience in nutritional counseling, public speaking,
education and medical nutrition therapy. Kathleen has worked extensively
as a consultant with Swedish Medical Center in Cardiac Rehab and
wellness programs. She is a certified Shapedown provider for pediatric
obesity, and a consultant on maternal, infant and pediatric nutrition
with Gracewinds Perinatal services in Seattle.
Kathleen is
an accomplished public speaker on nutrition, health and wellness
and provides media interviews for articles related to nutrition
and health. Kathleen has been published in a professional journal
and professional Wellness book. She wrote the chapter about nutrition
in to the bookstore page for Carolyn McManus's book: Group
Wellness Programs for Chronic Pain and Disease Management by
Carolyn McManus.
Kathleen has
hosted a message board and live events with WebMD and talk show
for Voiceamerica.com. Kathleen loves spending time with her husband
Mike and toddler Hope traveling, swimming, and biking.
Minh-Hai Tran, MS, RD
 Minh-Hai earned her M.S. in Nutrition from Bastyr University and her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas Christian University. As a nutritionist and registered dietitian, she provides nutrition counseling to address a variety of health concerns including weight management, metabolic disorders, diabetes, high cholesterol, and eating disorders. Minh-Hai counseled clients at the PRO Sports Club in Bellevue, WA before joining NutritionWorks. Prior to moving to the Northwest, she worked as a consultant and writer in the nutritional supplement industry. Her articles on nutrition have been published in both national and local publications. Minh-Hai has also consulted with the Dallas Mavericks basketball team and frequently has been featured as a guest on The Ticket sports radio station in Dallas, TX.
Minh-Hai is passionate about helping her clients achieve a healthy relationship with food and optimize their health. Aside from her work, she loves traveling, indie movies, entertaining and a good cup of jasmine green tea.
