Please note that the group will not run if fewer than five people register.
A New EBT group will be running on Wednesdays from 7/21 to 8/11 from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. There is a fee of $199.00, which includes the EBT journal. The group will be held at our office.
The continuing groups will run from 7/14 to 8/11 and start at 6 pm.
Announcing: Zing Nutrition Bars!
Okay, we admit it. As practicing nutritionists, our primary concern in creating a new nutrition bar was just that... nutrition. But we also knew you’d be more likely to choose an all natural bar if you loved the taste. Accordingly, we put as much emphasis on flavor as we did on ingredients. (And the deliciously different part? We actually pulled it off!) Enjoy.
