NutritionWorks
has developed a variety of professional Powerpoint presentations
which can be customized to meet your organization's specific needs.
Additional presentations can be developed at your request. Material
is updated on a regular basis and reflects current cutting edge
research in nutritional science. Audience members are provided with
handouts of the slides, as well as any additional information that
the presenter feels would be relevant and useful. Food tasting is
often used as an complement to presentations - sometimes a taste
can say more than a thousand words!
Consultations
Consultations
are designed specifically to meet individual client needs.
The
program we design for you will suit your lifestyle and goals. It
may include customized nutrition advice, meal planning, personal
chef service, grocery shopping tours and the development of an exercise
schedule.
We
also offer packages that include a variety of services and offer
significant savings for clients (See packages).
NutritionWorks
consultations are client-focused as clients play an active role
in developing an individualized plan to meet their personal nutritional
goals.

believe that empowerment is the key to long term lifestyle change

Groups
Kathleen and Sandi have extensive experience working with support
groups aiming to make and maintain lifestyle changes. Groups can
be tailored to a variety of health needs.
Weight
management support groups can be offered on site for staff in your
organization.
It
is recommended that persons in the support group also meet with
a nutritionist to be able to address individual concerns and needs.
Nutrition
on the Go
NutritionWorks is focused on service and convenience for clients.
We are available to consult with your clients at your facility whether
you are a health care professional, CEO, or fitness facility manager.
Individual and group consultations are available.
On
site weight management, stress management, blood pressure screening,
and cholesterol lowering programs are available.
Workshops
Two to four hour workshops are available and include interactive
group work that focuses on making lifestyle changes. Simple cooking
demonstrations and food tasting are often included and are very
popular!

Services
NutritionWorks provides nutrition consulting services for restaurants
and other foodservice organizations. We specialize in creative menu
development, nutritional analysis of recipes, as well as provision
of appropriate modifications for people with food allergies, intolerances,
and other special dietary needs.
Cancellation
Policy
Please note that we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. The client
will be billed in full for any no-show or cancellation within 24
hours of the pre-scheduled appointment. Remember, you
are making a commitment not only to improved wellness, but to us
as well. Please respect our time and effort in this matter.
